Coaches & Team Support
Background checks and youth-safety training are required for roles working directly with athletes.
Head Coach
Leads team practices and games while creating a positive, age-appropriate experience for players.
Assistant Coach
Supports the Head Coach during practices and games and helps supervise players.
Team Manager / Team Parent
Helps with team communication, organization, and game-day logistics so coaches can focus on the players.
Game-Day Support
Assists with setup, check-in, concessions, or other needs during games and events.
Program & Operations Leadership (Day-to-Day)
Appointed, non-Board volunteer leaders who manage the day-to-day operations of our sports programs.
Sports Director/Commissioner (by sport)
Oversees the day-to-day operation of a specific sport and supports coaches and team managers.
Registrar
Manages registrations, rosters, and basic system updates.
Volunteer & Events Coordinator
Helps organize volunteers and support events, games, and fundraisers.
Communications Support
Assists with social media posts, website updates, and basic announcements.
Board Leadership (Nonprofit Oversight)
Provides governance, policy direction, and organizational oversight for the nonprofit.
President (Board Chair)
Provides governance oversight and leadership for the nonprofit; does not manage daily team operations.
VICE PRESIDENT
Supports the President and assists with organizational oversight as needed.
Secretary
Keeps meeting notes and maintains official nonprofit records.
Treasurer
Oversees financial reporting and transparency for the organization.
