Executive Board Positions
President
Responsible for organizational oversight, leadership, and serving as a liaison.
VICE PRESIDENT
Assists the President and acts on their behalf when needed.
Secretary
Manages official records, meeting minutes, and organizational communication.
Treasurer
Handles financial operations, bookkeeping, and compliance with financial regulations.
Board of Director Positions
Registrar
Oversees the registration processes and official communication for athletes and coaching staff.
Facilities Director
Maintains and schedules the Clinton Sports Complex facility.
Volunteer Director
Coordinates volunteers for various sports, events, and fundraisers. Serves as the main liaison for Team Managers.
Special Events Director
Plans, coordinates, and oversees special events and fundraisers for the club.
Digital Media Director
Manages the club's website, social media presence, and digital communications.
Athletic Director
Provides leadership across all sports programs, supporting Sports Directors and ensuring top-quality, organized programming.
Sports Director
Leads and manages sports programs, coaching staff, and participant safety.
