At Clinton Boys & Girls Club, we don’t just introduce kids to soccer—we lay the foundation for greatness. The ICDL is our premier in-house development league for ages 3–7, designed to ignite passion, build skill, and shape the next generation of competitive players.

This isn’t your average “kick-around” program. ICDL is where beginners become ballers, and young athletes begin learning what it takes to compete. We combine fun, fundamentals, and focus to help each player develop confidence, discipline, and early game awareness, setting them up to dominate at the next level, whether that’s our Rec League or DMV Legends Academy.
