AGE DIVISIONS
Based on the child’s age as of July 31st of the current year
OTAs/WORKOUTS
It is expected that all boys will attend all sessions of workouts if possible. The clinics are run by independent evaluators including past coaches, players, and alumni as well as the Clinton Jets Coaching Staff and Interim Football Director.
SPORT SEASON
Late July- October
Jets pre-season camp will start in mid/late July and the season will run through October or early November depending on advancement to the state championship.
RECOMMENDED MAXIMUM GAMES PER SEASON
There will be 8 regular season games and the possibility of 4 playoff games depending on advancement to the state championship. *Opportunity for travel with successful commitment of fundraising efforts.
COST
Sport Fee: $250 Tackle (Payment Plans available and must be paid in full prior to issuance of any equipment/season start)
$185 Fall Flag football
TEAMS/DIVISIONS
The team will consist of minimum 16 players to a max of 25. Divisions are broken down by even age groups (i.e., 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U) often depending on the league there might be some odd age groups.
PRACTICES
Fall practices will vary. Mon/Wed/Fri. Practice days will be confirmed at the end of the clinic sessions. We strongly recommend each registrant attends the mandatory clinics for team assignments.
